Entrepreneur Engineer Salah Al Marzouqi added that thanks to the Japanese government’s policies of openness to the world and revitalization of the economy, Japan has become an attractive destination for foreign tourists, as more than 24 million tourists visit it annually from all over the world, and many Emiratis have begun to visit Japan. It has become an attractive destination for them to receive treatment and for the purposes of trade, investment, tourism, shopping and sports, especially during recent years. What contributed to this greatly was the launch of daily direct Emirates Airlines flights to a number of Japanese airports.
What caught my attention is that in Japan, shop and restaurant workers greet you with a bow and saying “irashiyamasi,” which means “welcome,” and it seems to come from the heart.
