Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

 

  • OTOPO CONSULTANCY is a consulting company that provides services in multiple fields including feasibility studies, payment solutions consulting, and financial services. This agreement is legally binding between the Company and the Customer.

2. Services provided

​

  • Providing consultations on feasibility studies.

  • Providing consultations on payment solutions.

  • Providing financial and advisory services.

  • Providing administrative consultations and studies.

  • Providing marketing consultations.

  • Providing consultations and studies in the field of innovation and artificial intelligence.

  • Providing project development consultations.


3. Customer obligations
 

  • The Customer must provide accurate, correct and complete information in all required forms and documents.

  • The Customer must notify the Company in writing of any change in his or her circumstances during the application period and up to the date of approval.

  • The Customer agrees that the Company reserves the right to reject any order without providing any reasons.

4. Confidentiality
​​

  • The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and not disclosing it to any third party except within the limits of the law.

  • The Company has the right to refer to any credit information agency or reference agency to obtain the necessary information.

5. Fees and costs

 

  • The client must pay the prescribed fees for the services provided. These fees may include file fees, initial fees, and other fees depending on the service provided.

6. Disputes
​​

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • The courts of the UAE shall have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from the implementation or interpretation of any of the terms of this contract.

7. Delegation

​

  • The Customer authorizes the Company to negotiate and exchange necessary information with banks and financial companies to arrange credit facilities or any other banking transactions.
     

8. Amendments

 

  • The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The customer will be notified of any amendments to the terms and conditions.

9. Declarations

 

  • The customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and that he has no right to object or defend against what has been agreed in this undertaking.

11. Validity of documents and papers:

 

  • In the event of any incorrect or tampered documents and papers, the company has the right to legally demand compensation and a fine of $2 million, in order to preserve the integrity of our dealings and the trust of our customers from inside and outside the country.

  • OTOPO CONSULTANCY or its legal agent has the right to take all legal measures in this regard and to open a report against you, including filing a lawsuit, issuing a performance order, travel ban, seizure, habeas corpus, issuing an international recovery order from (Interpol - the International Criminal Police Organization), and precautionary seizure of all... Property, while you bear all legal fees and attorney fees, while preserving all our rights.

By signing these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
